Our Process
We work directly with Realtors as well as Sellers to streamline the process of viewing the property and sending you a report to prepare your home for market or a quote to stage.

Once your property has been viewed you'll receive a report on how we can help sell your home the fastest and/or a quote for staging. If you choose to work with us we'll send you an agreement and with a 50% deposit we can get the ball rolling on selling your home, closing this chapter and starting your next.
